We calculate the exact positions of the planets at the moment you were born, and artificial intelligence turns those calculations into reports on your personality, relationships, career and rhythms. AstroVerse is for self-reflection and entertainment: it does not give medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and it does not predict the future.

Yes, in two steps. First, our astronomical engine calculates the planets' positions and the houses (Placidus system) for your birth date, time and place. Then an AI model writes the interpretation from those calculations. Reports that cite astronomical data are checked automatically against those calculations.

The date and time give the planets' positions; the place gives the time zone and the coordinates your Ascendant and houses depend on. The more exact the time, the more precise your Ascendant and houses. You enter them once, in your Cosmic Blueprint, and every feature reads them from there.

English, Romanian, Spanish, French and Portuguese. You choose the content language in your Cosmic Blueprint.

Yes. In your Cosmic Blueprint, choose “Someone Else” and enter that person's birth details. Your own profile stays unchanged. Please use another person's details only with their consent.

Credits are a prepaid balance. Every feature shows its price in credits before you generate, and credits are deducted only after your report has been generated successfully.

No. If generation fails, no credits are deducted. If a problem occurs after the credits were deducted, they are returned automatically.

Credits you buy never expire. The 100 monthly AstroVerse+ credits renew every billing period, and unused ones do not carry over. Subscription credits are spent first.

AstroVerse Plus, monthly or annual, gives you 100 credits every month, 10% extra credits on every credit purchase, and free features included, such as the Daily Horoscope and Bioclimatic°, once a day. It renews automatically, and you can cancel anytime from the credits page with “Manage subscription”.

Payments go through Stripe, on its secure checkout page. AstroVerse never sees or stores your card details. Prices are in pounds sterling (GBP), VAT included.

Your birth details and reports are used to generate your content. Usage statistics (PostHog, hosted in the EU) run only if you accept analytics cookies, and they never include your birth details or the content of your reports.

In your Account, in the privacy and data section, you can download all your personal data as a single file and delete your account.

You can reset your password from the sign-in screen, and you will receive a link by email. If you no longer have access to that email address, write to us.
