Refund & Credits Policy

Last updated: 2026-06-15

1. Core principle

Credits are a prepaid digital balance. Content is "delivered" the moment a reading is successfully generated and credits are atomically deducted.

2. When refunds apply

We may refund, in full or in part:

  • The credit pack was purchased in the last 14 days and the credits have not been used.
  • A technical error on our side prevented a reading you were charged for from being generated.
  • Exceptional cases, on a case-by-case basis.

3. When refunds do NOT apply

  • Credits already spent on successfully generated readings.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction with the interpretation (see the Disclaimer).
  • Requests after the 14-day window, except where required by law.

4. How to request

Use the contact form, subject Billing & credits. Include the transaction reference and a short description. We reply within 5 business days.

5. Referrals and refunds

If a purchase that triggered a referral reward is refunded, the reward is voided (or clawed back if already paid) under our anti-abuse rules.

6. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a bank chargeback — we can resolve most issues directly. Abusive chargebacks may result in account suspension.

7. Immediate delivery and the 14-day right of withdrawal

ASTROVERSE sells digital content that is delivered immediately: credits are made available in your account as soon as payment is confirmed, and a reading is delivered the moment it is successfully generated.

Consumers in the UK and the EU normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because delivery starts immediately, before checkout you must expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose that right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. This consent is required to complete a purchase, and we record it (timestamp, policy version and the exact wording shown) as evidence.

Where credits from a purchase remain entirely unused, we still honour the 14-day window described in section 2. Your statutory rights for faulty or undelivered content are unaffected.

Prevailing language

This document is provided in multiple languages for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
