4. Product analytics provider (PostHog)
With your analytics consent, we use PostHog as our product analytics provider. PostHog helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve it.
- Purpose: pageviews, feature usage and conversion funnel steps.
- Never collected: revenue or payment data, birth data, and the content of your readings or reports.
- Hosting: PostHog EU Cloud — data is processed and stored in the European Union.
- Retention: event data is kept for 12 months, according to our PostHog project setting.
Nothing is sent to PostHog until you accept the analytics category, and withdrawing consent stops collection immediately.
