1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using ASTROVERSE ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. You must be 16 or older and able to enter into a binding agreement.
2. The service
ASTROVERSE provides astrology-based readings, self-reflection tools and a community. The Service is offered for entertainment and self-knowledge purposes — see also the Disclaimer.
3. Credits and payments
Credits are a prepaid digital balance denominated in EUR, purchased via Stripe. Credits are spent per feature at the price displayed in-app. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable except via the in-app gifting feature, and may be subject to pricing changes communicated in advance. Refunds are governed by the Refund & Credits Policy.
4. Referrals
If you participate in the referral program, you agree to share your referral code only with people who would genuinely like the Service. Self-referral, fraudulent signups, and any other abuse will cause rewards to be revoked and may lead to account suspension.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to: abuse, harass or threaten other users; post illegal, sexual, or hateful content; scrape, reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service; share your account; or use the Service in violation of any law. We may remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
6. Intellectual property
All Service content, software, designs and trademarks belong to ASTROVERSE or our licensors. Personal readings generated for you may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You retain ownership of content you submit and grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
7. AI-generated content
Readings and interpretations are generated using AI based on astronomical calculations and your input. They may be inaccurate, incomplete, or otherwise imperfect, and are provided for guidance and entertainment only. Do not rely on AI content for important decisions.
8. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ASTROVERSE's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, suspected fraud, or legal reasons, with notice where reasonable. Sections that should survive termination (e.g. IP, liability) remain in force.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of {{JURISDICTION}}, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes shall be brought before the competent courts of {{JURISDICTION}}.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced in-app. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. Current effective date: 2026-06-15.

This document is provided in multiple languages for convenience; in case of any discrepancy, the English version prevails.
